Embryo Donation Services
Sometimes when an individual or couple has undergone fertility treatment, they have leftover embryos after they have completed their families. Deciding what to do with excess embryos can be emotionally difficult as so much time, emotion, and financial expense has gone into creating these embryos.
Some people with excess embryos decide to donate the embryos to others, who wish to have children through assisted reproduction.

An embryo donation agreement addresses:
- That the recipient(s) of the embryos are the legal parents of any resulting child.
- Any disclosures regarding medical conditions of the gamete providers.
- What can and can’t be done with any remaining embryos, if they are not all used by the recipient.
- Expectation around future contact between the parties and the children.
- Any agreements regarding confidentiality and disclosure.
- Reimbursements for costs such a medical testing, transportation, storage, and legal fees.
