Simplifying The Adoption Process

Working With Adoption Agencies

Agencies handle a lot of the matching and counseling, but the legal side is still yours to get right. We review your agency agreements, explain what you’re committing to before you sign, and handle the court work that makes the placement permanent. Independent Adoption
Some families find each other without an agency in the middle, often through a personal connection or a direct match with an expectant mother. These adoptions move fast and have real deadlines attached, so having counsel involved early matters. We manage consents, required disclosures, and filings so nothing gets missed in the excitement.
Adoption by Stepparent or Second Parent
