Amanda Troxler has been practicing family formation law since 2013. She represents hundreds of Intended Parents, Donors, and Surrogates a year. Additionally, Amanda has personal experience in third party assisted reproduction, having been an egg donor seven times.
Amanda received her J.D. from UCLA law on a Dean’s Merit Scholarship in 2012. Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in 2008. Amanda is a member of the Academy of California Adoption-ART Lawyers (“ACAL”), Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (“SEEDS”), American Society of Reproductive Medicine (“ASRM”), and Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (“AAAA”).

Wendy Weilbacher is a passionate provisionally licensed attorney dedicated to guiding individuals and families through the complexities of reproductive and fertility law. Her practice focuses on surrogacy, sperm donation, embryo donation, egg donation, and adoption.
Wendy Weilbacher is a surrogacy and egg donation attorney whose passion for fertility law is deeply personal. After a decade-long battle with infertility, multiple IVF cycles, uterine reconstruction surgery, and the heartbreaking pregnancy loss at 29 weeks, Wendy ultimately turned to surrogacy to build her family.
Wendy was an intended parent for two surrogacy journeys. She welcomed her son and daughter just seven weeks apart. That experience gives her unique insight into the emotional and legal complexities clients face throughout the family-building process.
Wendy focuses her practice on surrogacy, egg donation, sperm donation, and embryo donation, representing intended parents and gestational carriers throughout the United States. Clients value her compassionate approach, responsiveness, and ability to guide them through legal matters with clarity and confidence.
Wendy earned her undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis and later attended Monterey College of Law and Humphreys University Drivon School of Law, where she earned top academic honors and gained courtroom experience while providing pro bono legal services to the community.
Wendy has been a guest speaker at the University of Washington numerous times about fertility preservation and access to IVF, Surrogacy, etc. She lives outside Woodinville, WA with her husband and two children. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the surrogacy journey with experienced legal guidance and genuine personal understanding

Ning Zheng brings her knowledge and experience to the family formation field as a dedicated paralegal since 2017.
Her journey in law began with the completion of a paralegal certificate program at UCLA in 2017. Prior to entering the legal domain, Ning completed her bachelor’s degree in finance in China, followed by the pursuit of a master’s degree in finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, Ning’s linguistic versatility proves to be a valuable asset in serving clients both domestically and internationally. Ning takes pride in assisting clients in their family formation journeys.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Ning enjoys road cycling, hiking, and playing with her dog, Pan Pan.

She holds a degree in Journalism and Communication and is an experienced courtroom interpreter. Living and working in Los Angeles, she combines her expertise with a compassionate approach to support individuals and families on their fertility journeys. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, taking road trips, and exploring new flavors wherever she goes.
